In conjunction with the Farmers, Livestock Breeders and Fishermen Day Celebration, the Department of Agriculture and Agrifood together with the Fisheries Department, organised a Sales Festival, 1st November morning. The 2-day event began at the Agribusiness Centre, Rimba.

The festival aims to raise awareness on the importance of the agriculture, agri-food and fisheries sectors in ensuring the country's food security. It is open to the public from 7 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. 83 entrepreneurs are participating in the sales festival.
